Trenbolone enanthate is a widely known injectable anabolic steroid and is considered one of the most powerful available. Although it is not as "hard" as it is sometimes described, it is not recommended for beginners and is generally used by advanced athletes with considerable experience in the use of anabolic steroids. Trenbolone enanthate is derived from nandrolone and belongs to the category of 19-nor (19-nortestosterone) compounds, characterized by a specific molecular structure that differs from that of other steroid groups.

This particular structure gives trenbolone enanthate the ability to bind stably to androgen receptors and resist metabolic degradation in the body. This results in high effectiveness even at relatively low doses, making it one of the most powerful anabolic steroids available.

Trenbolone enanthate has an anabolic and androgenic index of 500, which is about five times higher than that of testosterone, which has a reference index of 100. In practical terms, 200 mg of trenbolone can be compared to 1000 mg of testosterone, while 500 mg is equivalent to about 2500 mg of testosterone.

This steroid promotes rapid muscle growth and does not cause water retention, as it is not subject to aromatization, i.e., conversion to estrogen. Furthermore, it does not interact with the 5-alpha reductase enzyme, which converts testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT), and therefore cannot be converted into DHT.

The compound binds to catabolic hormone receptors, blocking signals that hinder muscle growth, particularly those of cortisol, of which trenbolone is an active inhibitor.
