How to place an order

The ordering process is extremely simple. You do NOT need to open an account.
Here is the step-by-step guide:

  • Select the various products you wish to order by simply clicking"Add to cart"on the product page you are interested in. Each time you add something to your cart, a preview of the updated cart will appear on the side. From this preview, you can view the actual cart page or proceed directly to checkout.
  • Once you have added all the products you are interested in to your cart, you can view your cart by simply clicking on the cart icon at the top right or in the menu.
  • On this page, you can see all the products you have chosen and the quantity (which can be changed or the products can be removed from the cart). You will also see the total cost of the products you have chosen. Please note: processing and shipping fees will be added to this price (€27 in Italy).
  • On the Shopping Cart page, you can also add a promotional code (if you have one) and click "Apply promotional code." You can also add the promotional code later.
  • If you want to add products to your cart, you can continue shopping on the website. If everything is correct, you can click on the "Proceed with order"button.
  • At this point, you will be asked to fill in the shipping details (as they are not being invoiced, these are the same as the billing details). Please take great care to fill in the address correctly: DO NOT USE AUTOMATIC FILL: any errors may result in non-delivery, which will be your fault and non-refundable.
  • If you are already a customer, you can log in (click on the "already a customer" link). If you are not a customer, you can register so that you don't have to fill in everything again in the future for other orders.
  • On this page, the total will already be updated with shipping and processing costs. If you have not entered a promotional code before, you can enter it now in the space provided.
  • WE RECOMMEND that you read the terms and conditions and all articles relating to shipping and payment methods. You must click to accept them by signing the order in accordance with our terms and conditions. If you do not click to accept, the order will not proceed.
  • If everything is correct, click on "Place Order."
  • If you have not filled in something correctly or a mandatory field, the order will not proceed: correct the errors on the same page and click "Place Order" again.
  • After a few seconds, you will see a message on the screen confirming that your order has been received: on the same page, you will see the order number, the order date, your email address, and the total amount.

WITHIN 30 MINUTES (usually sooner), you will receive an automatic email confirming your order (check your SPAM folder if you do not receive it): this is NOT the email with the payment details. THE EMAIL WITH THE PAYMENT DETAILS will arrive later, within approximately 24 hours on working days: the process is NOT automatic, so please do not follow up if you do not receive the emails immediately. Thank you.

  • The emails you receive will be sent from "FarmaciaItalianaGenova": once again, we remind you to check your SPAM folder if you do not receive them.
  • The payment email will summarize all the key points relating to the shipment that YOU accepted when you placed your order.
  • YOU HAVE 24 HOURS ON WORKING DAYS to make the payment. If for any reason you are unable to make the payment within 24 hours, please let us know and explain why, and there will be no problem: any order that is not paid for within 24 hours and is not communicated will result in the customer being banned and the order being canceled.
  • The first part of the processing is handled directly by Farmacia Italia Genova (F.I.G.): we will take care of payment management, basic payment and address checks, and we will check whether the products you have ordered are actually in stock and ready for shipment.
  • Once payment has been received (not made but received and verified), the order will be processed within 24 hours. Processing takes approximately 3-4 business days.
  • As widely announced and explained, Driada will take care of the second part of the processing (secure and discreet packaging) and shipping. It is important to note that EVEN THOUGH DRIADA WILL TAKE CARE OF THE SHIPPING, you remain our customers, so we will keep you informed about the status of the processing and the shipping tracking code.
