As widely anticipated and described in THIS ARTICLE, shipping and logistics will be managed by DRIADA starting in 2026. We at F.I.G. will continue to manage orders, payments from Italy, and order processing.

Order processing.

Processing begins on the working day following verification of payment for the order. At F.I.G., we handle the first part of the processing, where we verify the accuracy of the order, addresses, and so on, check that the products ordered are actually in stock, and forward the order to DRIADA, which will handle the actual shipment. Although Driada handles shipping and logistics, YOU will remain our customer in every respect: you will receive all communications regarding processing, shipping, and so on from us and not from Driada.

Delivery times

Shipments to European countries generally take between 5 and 20 business days (often less, but we cannot guarantee this as it depends on the courier).
It is not possible to specify a precise delivery date, as delivery times depend exclusively on the logistics and operational flows of the transport companies involved.

We have deliberately stopped shipping to countries where these risks are high, in order to protect our customers.
