Why two types of HGH: black top and purple top
Let’s quickly address the fundamental difference between the two brand-new HGH products from Farmacia Italiana Genova. One is about 97% pure (with the purple cap) and the other is about 99% pure (with the black cap). In this case, purity does not refer to sterility, cleanliness, or the quality of the product. The growth hormone produced by our bodies is a protein hormone composed of a sequence of 191 amino acids. Synthetic GHs chemically recreate this sequence as closely as possible, but it is impossible to produce a copy that is 100% identical to the one produced by the human body (or rather: it is possible, but it would break down immediately after production). There are several methods for synthesizing synthetic growth hormone, and these methods vary in speed and yield a final product that is more or less identical to the original. The 20-unit GH with the purple cap is produced using a slightly faster method and reconstructs 189 amino acids in sequence (comparable to generic somatropin), whilethe 20-unit HGH with the black cap is produced using a longer process and reconstructs 190 amino acids in the correct sequence; it is comparable, for example, to Lilly’s pharmaceutical GH or Norditropin. The difference in practical terms is truly minimal. If you want 100% human growth hormone, the only solution is to use liquid MK-677, which stimulates the body’s own production of GH but without the precision in dosage and timing.
How to reconstitute somatropin at 20iu
The reconstitution (or reconstitution) process is very simple and, in principle, identical to that for generic somatropin at 10 IU per vial. The only difference is that here we have 20 IU (units) per vial, exactly double the amount.
- Use sterile water for injections, bacteriological water, or physiological injection water as the reconstitution liquid. All of these can be purchased online or at any pharmacy or drugstore without a prescription.
- Using a syringe with a small needle, draw up 2 ml (cc) of water (sterile or similar). If you are using 100iu insulin syringes, you will need two full 1 ml syringes.
- Remove the top of the GH vial (regardless of whether it is purple or black) and disinfect the rubber top of the vial with alcohol or disinfectant.
- Insert the syringe into the rubber cap and slowly deposit the 2 ml of water into the vial (still sealed, but without the plastic cap).
- Slowly mix the water and powder (without shaking or stirring, very slowly) until the contents of the vial are a crystal-free solution.
- At this point, you have 20 units of GH ready for use in the vial.
Each unit of GH is equivalent to 10 on an insulin syringe. So, if you want to use 2 units, for example, you must draw up 20 units with the insulin syringe. Inject subcutaneously after disinfecting the area. For more information, see Liquid Somatropin HGH 50 IU.
