How to reconstitute a 10IU vial of generic GH

As mentioned, each vial of generic somatropin contains 10 units of powder, which must be reconstituted before use, i.e., dissolved in water. The water must be sterile water for injectable solutions, bacteriological water, or water for physiological injections, all of which can be purchased at any pharmacy or parapharmacy without a prescription.

For practical reasons, since we measure GH injections in units, take 1 ml of sterile water (a whole 100 IU insulin syringe) and inject it into the vial.
WARNING:
– Always disinfect the top of the vial where you insert the needle
– GH is a very complex and fragile molecule. NEVER spray water directly onto the powder; instead, let it slowly run down the inside walls of the vial
– For the same reason, do not shake the vial to dissolve the solution. Be patient, give it time to dissolve and, at most, roll it between your warm hands.

Once the powder has dissolved, you will have 10 liquid units of GH ready for use in the vial:
If 1 ml (which is 100 insulin units) is equal to 10 units of GH, you will now know that every 10 insulin units (10 mini marks on the insulin syringe) are equivalent to one unit of somatropin.
If, for example, you want to inject 3 units of generic GH, you will need to fill the insulin syringe with the reconstituted solution up to 30.

Once the GH has been reconstituted, store it in the refrigerator in a place away from shocks or strong vibrations.

Inject GH only with insulin syringes, preferably subcutaneously or, at most, intramuscularly.
